My Approach
My job approach will be simple: I shall...
– Talk with the citizens of Hollis;
- Listen to what they say;
– Speak with the folks in Concord about what the folks in Hollis want and need to promote, protect and defend THE BEAUTY OF HOLLIS. I will not be working a hidden agenda or be a pawn OR , be indebted to or part of a cadre of Out-of-State special interests.
As I have worked in other communities throughout my professional and volunteer career, I shall work to foster all that makes Hollis special and beautiful. I ask for your support to be your State Representative.
Community Focused & Professional Highlights
MCColl Dumpsite: Lead Counsel and Trial Attorney for the City of Fullerton re clean up of toxic waste site, deemed #1 priority in the country for clean-up by the EPA.
Lead Counsel: Breast Implant Class Action representing over 450 Women.
Pro Bono Representation: At "no fee charged, " personally represented both numerous individuals and organizations who could not pay attorney fees, including: churches, homeowners, small businesses, veterans, families, the homeless, victims of fraud. I have encouraged many of my colleagues and firm members to do the same. Cases presented before town/city/state/federal commissions, boards and courts.

California Judge of the Superior Court Arbitration Program; helped craft the statewide arbitration program. Presiding Judge over the first arbitration case in LA County, serving from inception until retirement (1983-2017).

My Journey to Hollis and my New Mission
"My children led us to Hollis when they moved East back in 2011. My oldest son (a father of five) had retired from the US Marines and took a high tech job in nearby Massachusetts. At that point, the family here campaigned to have Nana Renee and Grand Pa Dave move nearby."
Upon further investigation, it became clear that Massachusetts was not an ideal place to relocate to as it was too much like California. Once Nana and Grand Pa found Hollis, they fell in love.
"I truly love everything about Hollis: the towering trees, the farmland, the neighbors, the lifestyle. i enjoy the dirt road that leads to our house and I especially love my John Deere tractor! But really, most of all I love the kindred spirits and friendship of the people of Hollis and i truly embrace the history and tradition of freedom, self reliance and responsibility for one's self, family and home in a supportive community, so characteristic of Granite-Staters.
I am awestruck by Monument Square and by the courage and bravery of the Minutemen, Hollis Citizens, all, who risked everything and marched to Concord Bridge to defend their homes and whip the finest army in the world. This is an inspiring legacy that Hollis must always treasure.
Our Community meetings and volunteer committees are special and an example of true democracy.
